- Prices are subject to change based on availability and supplier costs.
6. Payments
Payment methods and authorization
- Payments are processed through Ziina payment gateway.
- Accepted payment methods include supported debit and credit cards.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- By submitting payment details you authorize the company to charge the total amount.
7. Booking Confirmation
Voucher issuance and validation
- Confirmation vouchers are issued after successful payment.
- Vouchers are sent electronically via email or WhatsApp.
- Valid vouchers must be presented to redeem services.
- Failure to present confirmation may result in service denial without refund.
8. Cancellation Refund and No Show Policy
Rules governing cancellations and refunds
- All services are subject to supplier specific cancellation policies.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations are effective only after written confirmation.
- More than 72 hours before service may qualify for partial refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hours cancellation charges may apply.
- Less than 24 hours before service is non refundable.
- No shows are charged at 100 percent.
- Visa fees government charges service fees and gateway fees are non refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
9. Amendments and Force Majeure

- The company may amend itineraries due to operational or safety reasons.
- Force majeure events include natural disasters pandemics government actions and flight disruptions.
- No guaranteed refunds apply in force majeure situations.
- Alternative services or credits may be offered at company discretion.

- Travelers are responsible for valid passports visas permits and health documents.
- Visa regulations may change without notice.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- The company is not liable for losses due to missing documents.
11. Limitation of Liability

- No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
